Customer Reviews : Bought this dryer from a local big box store after much research. One year and one month to the day, after purchase, a thermostat has already gone bad. My old Kenmore lasted for 7 years and I mainly replaced it only because I wanted a larger dryer. Very unhappy that this dryer has had a problem already when it is only one year old. When it was operational I was quite pleased with it - dried efficiently and I liked the numerous dryer options/settings. However, only one year before it needs its first repair is not a good sign. Now I'm without a dryer while I await a replacement part. (No, you cannot get it in the store, the big box place has to "order" it.)

Customer Reviews : We've had this dryer about a year and one half and really love it. It's capacity is greater than any other dryer I've seen. There were some initial problems for some people with the gas dryer. Upon notifying Electrolux of my concern with this issue (even though it never happened to me), they sent out a tech within a couple of days who replaced the dryer vent system with the revised style. Their customer service was excellent.

It really does a nice job on our clothes. We use the steam feature occassionaly but I prefer to steam our garments on a stand.

I highly recommend either the Wave or IQ Touch Electrolux dryers - with or without steam.

Customer Reviews : This washer/dryer was provided with a condo I bought in CA. It took a little getting accustomed to because they just don't function the same way a regular washer and dryer would. After a little adjustment and learning how to sort cloths differently it worked great for me. Two of us used this machine typically doing laundry every other day or so depending on how many cloths we used since the drum doesn't hold much, but it was great to be able to throw cloths in on my way to work or before bed and have them ready to go when I got back/up. Main issue was that I pretty much had to iron everything, the drum is just to small to really give the fabric much chance of fluffing out. I lived in the apartment for about 2 years and have been renting the place out for another 3 years and the only problem that has ever occured with this machine is a belt that come of and later wore out and had to be replaced. I'd deffinately buy another machine like this.
